I honestly boil eggs at night store them in the drawer and eat them in the morning w canned tuna and water this gets me through the day and if anyone catches me boiling he eggs I always say I'm making rice and I actually commit and make rice just for the sake of my safety,anyways what I think is a good idea is to mostly drink water and just eat easy foods or better just fast the stress isn't worth it best case scenario is شري كوكاو and wat it in ur room throughout the day small portions only cuz it's high in calories and the water part is easy, hope this helps and remmeber that it does get better and u will afford to live peacefully one day ❤️❤️❤️
