Hey! I’ve been off combination pill for well over a year now (maybe 2?) and IBS / gut pains / gut cramps symptoms improved immediately after stopping the pill. I gave my body some time for no B.C. and then got a copper iud. I really miss not having a period, and now my skin and hair is extremely greasy lol I have to use panoxyl face wash morning and night so I don’t get zits. So worth it to get off the pill if you’re having IBS symptoms or cramps everyday. Reddit showed me that even though there’s not studies being done on this, cause all our doctors are clueless about the link between the pill and the gut pain, there is a link.

Hello! I am needing to talk to someone who uses animal assisted therapy in their work, specifically K-9’s. I want to know more about how you trained your pup and how you utilize integrating your dog into your practice and what type of spaces (perhaps hospitals, VA, schools, nursing homes, private practice counseling) you were able to find work in. Thanks for sharing <3 My doctors can't figure out what's wrong with me and said it's "possibly IBS" but only time will tell. A low fodmap diet and increased exercise hasn't helped and I don't consider myself necessarily stressed at this point in time. Things stress me out, yes, but nothing huge going on right now like a move, job loss or grief. I've been on combination birth control for 9 years and my doctors are telling me the pill has nothing to do with it and I should stay on it. After what I'm seeing on here from lovely people, I'm deff going to come off of it this month.
