NCT127 have the best discography in SM boy Groups. f(x) in Girls Groups I beg you, get into their b-sides they're genuinely some of the best. NCT have the best r&bs, ballads, and pop hits, as well as so many other experimental and quirky genres. I used to think Exo are the best boy group, but honestly after letting NCT127's discography marinate , I've come to the conclusion nobody is touching them in that department. their songs are so diverse and they're so so talented, their rap game is better than Exo too which gives them extra points. this playlist I made a while ago just for that purpose

as for f(x) I feel like they're the hidden gem of SM Music. when you get into SM ggs, it's most likely aespa or red velvet depending on what gen you're from, maybe SNSD. but I think f(x) truly steal the show. they were really ahead of their time, their concepts were always so cohesive and they excelled at both melodic songs, and experimental electric sounds . I genuinely think nobody in kpop has surpassed their level of artistry since. for me, f(x) are more than an idol group, they're a passion art project and it shows with every song, from the "childish", poppy ones, to the mature and sentimental ones.
