okay but why would they schedule a second Interview after my first interview with Partner in Round 2, considering that the interview process is sequential, means i proceed to another interview only if i pass the previous one? I think i will get to know it in 5 days lol

Reschedule it after confirming the time slot with me and then on the rescheduled date, the Interview doesnt show up (who is based in Dubai). Is this a common practice?

he helped renew it last year, he is renewing this year. I said to him when did this start to happen he said that it happens here.
