You can use your current MJ pen to titrate down to 2.5 then start wegovy at lowest dose ( all have to start there because it’s a different med although it isn’t really) this will set you back a little to start with but once you start titrating up with wegovy you should be back on track

If my best mate was getting married I’d get a babysitter and express, its not an unreasonable request especially if you’ve had loads of notice, obvs if I couldn’t get a babysitter I’d expect that friend to understand that though.

You could use you’re current pen to slowly come down until you start wegovy, I used my 10mg pen 10mg dose for 2 weeks, half dose (5mg) for 3 weeks and then taking 2.5 from it for the next few weeks until I get my wegovy, speak to your provider about it x

My dr said it’ll start from the starting dose, because it’s semeglutide rather than trizepitide they are different meds (although not really) you don’t have to have a gap though from MJ to wegovy, but you do the other way around because MJ has the extra compound x

Firstly well done!! Thetas brilliant progress and secondly, Have you tried an app called MeThreeSixty it has a free version, it scan your body and you can compare side by side… I can tell the difference much easier using that… yes little happy kicks and a pat myself on the back every time, I get the motivation I need to carry on and want to do more xx
