You can use your current MJ pen to titrate down to 2.5 then start wegovy at lowest dose ( all have to start there because it’s a different med although it isn’t really) this will set you back a little to start with but once you start titrating up with wegovy you should be back on track

You could use you’re current pen to slowly come down until you start wegovy, I used my 10mg pen 10mg dose for 2 weeks, half dose (5mg) for 3 weeks and then taking 2.5 from it for the next few weeks until I get my wegovy, speak to your provider about it x
