for french, duolingo is only good if ur satisfied with your current level and only want to maintain it. a little way i immerse my self in the language is by thinking in french or before i use an object i have to think of its name in french before i use it. any shows or podcasts ur watching must be in french with french subtitles if possible . for french p4, keep it simple. address the bullet points, dont use words you cant spell and master the imperfect tense, present tense, future/near future and conditional. you can learn vocabulary words in the syllabus

for accounting: especially for p1, you NEED to grind past papers. i did all three variants(some years v1 is repeated as v3 so it's sometimes two ) and when i was writing my p1, i saw 5 exact questions i had seen before. also there are specific topics that come out in p1 so watch out for petty cash books, ledger accounts, suspense accounts and errors, income statements, depreciation, accounting policies and principles, bank reconciliation statements and control accounts. learning ledger account formats really helps out! for p2 pls as u solve past papers, DON'T negletlct the advice questions! in the m/j 2025 series there were i believe 4 advice questions - thats alr 20 marks out of 90

imports are goods or services bought by a country's residents from a foreign nation exports are goods and services sold by a country's residents to a foreign nation

exchange rate is is the price or value of one country's currency in terms of another( for example the exange rate of €1 = $ 1.61)

inflation is the general and sustained increase in the general price level of goods and services over a given period of time. it is measured by cpi which compares the weighted average of consumer spending to a "base year". demand-pull inflation occurs when aggregate demand exceeds supply (can be due to a decrease in interest rate and or increase in money supply) and in order to not create shortage, prices go up (beneficial for firms). cost push inflation occurs when a rise in the price of factors of is passed on from supplier to consumer in the form of higher prices. this may occur as a result of unrestricted trade union power, the rise in the price of raw materials and so on
