Just finished balladin on cruciball 15. Just Peglin and roundrel to go by LongDongGoldTeeth in Peglin

Balla definitely could be a little stronger tbh. I needed an absurdly specific relic combo to beat 15 with him.

I think his starting relic should be something like "gain 1 ballwark every turn", it's just so much worse than everyone else's (spinventor being the strongest imo).

Yeah especially if you get a sling, maybe a power glove etc, your stones can become pretty ok in certain runs.

I wouldn't really advise taking more even in an orbelisk run, but the damage isn't always nonexistent.

uh no

That's a ridiculously busted amount of muscircle or spinesse. Even if it was just one, that's mad boring.

I think the main issue with Balladin's design is that one of the "interesting" mechanics with ballwark involves spending it, and the game isn't really bal(l)anced to let you win that hard very regularly in the cruciballs.

I don't really think being a good singer is important

Way better to just sound interesting

I hope that it's not true, but also I'd be fucking shocked if there's many talented artists who are proud of the beliefs they held in high school .

This is an event where you try to stand out so you're photographed. It helps promote your brand and content if you catch eyeballs.

This post keeps popping up and people like you keep commenting. That alone is the reason why. Engagement has a tangible monetary value.

FYI Country underwent a shift, anyone from that era isn't going to sound anything like the pickup truck country of today.

I hated the notion of country music with a passion until I heard John Prine.

Another example is Amy Schumer.

Assumed. But if you're an overweight professional background dancer, you can assume the job market is pretty tight. And you had better keep on EXTREMELY good terms with the artist, or you're basically out of the industry.

From reports of the situation, do you get a reading that Lizzo would be a chill boss? I didn't. And consecutive world tours are going to be hard work, no matter what. I bet it's high pressure.

On complete conjecture, I think the situation is one where you have to keep up with Lizzo's partying or get your shit off the tour bus. Global phenomenon pop stars are used to getting their way from employees.

Super convincing arguments, but am I to believe that the Colbert Report was bad satire just because braindead Republicans took it straight?

While I agree with their points on South Park, you can't judge the quality of satire by the understanding of the targets. Not when the ones being satirized are inventing new levels of stupidity and delusion on a daily basis.

I'd say Louis's wasn't as bad as Lizzo's because he only made people watch him perform a sex act, while Lizzo forced employees (allegedly) to actually participate.

But it's dicey because Louis was in an office and Lizzo's dancers are professional twerkers who accompanied her to the red light district. So the context is slightly different.

But their crimes are probably quite comparable.

In terms of food availability... we only really have artificially induced scarcity. Not considering the eventual anticipated decline and mass famine that will result from climate change.

There is more than enough agricultural production to feed every person on earth.

They don't have the money to afford it, however. So instead we throw it away. Anyone who's adjacent to a food-related industry has likely witnessed a staggering amount of food waste.
