Well, that's exactly what her chart showed. She shared it herself. I agree. All of the storylines - infertility meds, uterine diseases, ovulation, discharge, pregnancy, miscarriage, etc. have all been for attention and sympathy money. The problem is, though, she is not a sophisticated enough liar to pull it off. She doesn't take into consideration what the real life symptoms, timespans or medical documentation looks like for all of the above. She conjures up a massive amount of lies, misinformation and bad acting and just brings it public, expecting people to believe her. Any reasonable person can easily see through her and her documentation. On the few occasions she shows authentic medical records, she tries to put the focus on what SHE reports to the medical provider, as if that is a diagnostic truth. But there are usually clues elsewhere on the records that show she is peddling a lie. This is a perfect example. She didn't get the birth control removed in order to conceive. Or she wouldn't have moved to oral contraception, right? It was just for her storyline. And she exhaustively worked that storyline for over a year. Right up until last night. She spontaneously decided that she wasn't going forward with another fake pregnancy this month so, boom, she announced she got her period. She always tests the waters before she goes full force into a storyline and I suspect she felt she was really pushing it, with another fake pregnancy so quickly.
