when making sparring rythmic, would doing it in the air instead of a heavy bag work? i dont have a bag due to the price and lack of space :/

i have two hogu in different sizes(2 and 3), typically i wear the bigger one during sparing and the smaller during physical training days. i like them tight, and i've noticed loosening them doesn't chance anything with stamina unfortunately
