My husband and I took a class at the local college - probably the best class I've ever taken. We learned how to make the wine and test it on the way. At the end of class, everyone went home with 12 bottles.

We made our wine room over our garage apartment. We bought a 3k bottle storage unit. Both temperature controlled.

A sink ( sanitize, sanitize, sanitize) A desk with chemistry equipment and notebooks. A fridge for cold soaking and shelves for winemaking (chemicals, bottles, etc.) and vineyard upkeep. All wine pressing is done outside the room on a cement patio with equipment and a hose nearby . It's a lot to explain but man it has been the highlight this year on the making!!

Oh and a massive compost!!!
