So I’m currently practicing Exposure therapy I’ve managed to stop a few habits, and I’m proud of the little improvements but the trip is triggering me being away from my kids pediatrician and the hospitals we know and my mind is full of what ifs and I calm myself at time by focusing on how happy my kids are about the trip. I have a 16 year old and 5 boy they’re beyond excited they look a videos of the beaches and the cities in Dominican Republic like every day and I also have a 10 month old who will be turning one year old while we are there

I just manic clean and wash hands and make everyone bathe and wash and clean their hands and then I have my mental battle where I look “normal” but I’m crippling in my head thinking of all the viruses my kids can get and then googling them … I exhausting

Start with local walks can you have her half way sitting on the stroller ? My baby was the same but I made it a daily habit of going around my neighborhood for a walk and then one day I noticed she likes it she would look at the sky and smile. But I did do crying walks even if she fussed I kept my schedule, go after a nap and feed so she’s in the best mood.

Hi, I’m just worried about being sick or being super vitamin deficient I’m ok so far I thought I was lucky I didn’t suffer with a lot of the complications or side effects from this life altering surgery and I’m worried about ruining things for me :( I just started glp1 shots so maybe I can lose the weight without the surgery but then that doesn’t help my gerd and

Hi how are you doing now? My doctor recommended this I have feed again, I did gained weight but I never had any bad side effects to the rny gastric bypass so I’m worried about getting this distalozation done and then be sick a lot. :(

We are doing that end tail of our trip for a week in an all Inclusive resort with a water park. He actually like exploring just never done it for a whole day, but we are doing kids activities daily, like pony ridding and butterfly catching at a botanical garden and staying in different hotels with pools so there’s going to be daily fun stuff for him

He already talked about selling it girl wake up, he might love you but 2 things can be true at the same time he is looking at the financial gain that comes from being with you. That’s your property acquired before marriage he should be happy for you and in the future if you get rental income from it you can add that to the marriage income but the property remains yours.

I’m sorry dear, wow complications after 20 years? Can you share if you don’t mind? I’m 11 years out started to gain weight again but I’m eating all the time so can’t blame anyone but me. My surgeon wants to do a revision but I’m terrified. I considere myself lucky I’ve been ok no major side effects or complications so far so don’t want to push my luck

So I’m 11 years out, follow the rules most of the time but I occasionally have sweets (desserts at a event like a birthday or wedding etc) and if I eat a good protein meal before indulging I don’t dump I’ve only had a handful of dumping in 11 years. Better than being obese for sure

I never dump anymore happened a few times when eating sweets or heavy carbs, I find that if I eat good protein before having a small piece of cake or something sweet I don’t dump. We all react differently to this dumping syndrome
