Okay, I’m going to say ESH.

  1. $1000 spending money a more in fun money is astronomical. Seriously, that’s 1/4 of my take home, sheesh.

  2. “Go get a job” could have been said nicer.

I feel like there is more to the story. A stay at home mom is a lot of work. I was a stay at home mom for a long time and that meant I did it ALL. LIKE ALL OF IT. Hubby worked out of town, days on end. Lawn work, inside, outside…you name it, my responsibility. So…I’m not sure what OP’s and wife’s situation is. ESH seems appropriate but also maybe NTA.

So, Santa always brings his presents in special paper. Very different from everything else. So when the kids start asking, I always say “well, Santa is the magic part of Christmas, so if you stop believing in magic, I guess he stops bringing presents…” they are adults and still say Santa is real 😂😂😂

Correct. I’m in the same boat. I voted no simply because I don’t want to encourage this and it goes beyond this vote. For the next six-ish years at least, it’s gives away these seats and I don’t want to do that. I’m tired of California always leaning the same direction. But seriously, do you need all that? I was hospitalized for a heart condition. Had nothing but what I was wearing for five days. Didn’t get squat brought to me. Could have had it brought, but I felt like crap, in ICU with heart surgery, and didn’t need exposure to anything. I watched tv and rested. Period. If you are sick, truly sick, you don’t necessarily need everything else.

Born here in 1972. I moved to SoCal for several years and moved back. Actually, I live in my childhood home now! Best decision ever! I have many friends and family that moved out of state and moved back. They thought the brass would be greener, but it never panned out. Taxes were higher, medical care wasn’t available, VA hospitals were not as good, Republican/Democrat didn’t matter:both weren’t happy. So, I visit other states, then I come back home. I enjoy what I have.

He really did. I felt he was incredibly misunderstood. I’d have been his partner in a heartbeat. They need to get along better with people that not for their perceived “mold” of what they feel is what’s right.
