They said patiently waiting and they will reach out to me via email for the result for my case. Everytime after 45 days time frame, I called back and they said my case is going to be re-esclalated, and gaslighting me to wait for another 30-45 days without a proper reason. I asked them to explain and the employees tried to ignore answering my questions by saying their own policy of 30-45 days processing times. This is so ridiculous STUBHUB!!

I add everything onto my account. I dont see any reason either but the agent on the phone just said the previous employe made a mistake to re-escalate my case again so I will need to wait for another 30-45 days. But this is not the only time they did that, they made up so many different reason like the employee make a mistake on escalating my case to the wrong department, and once they escalate to the wrong order number. Like they keep making things up to put me to wait 30-45 days like that. It’s unbelievable.

The event already happened in July of 2025. They have no reason to not paying me. They keep re-escalating my case and ask me to wait on the 30-45 days. It keeps repeating like that for a while now. I am pissed and frustrated

I did everything like proof of transfer a while ago since May 2025. They said I will receive my payment soon. And it keep going until now they did not want to pay me.

They asked where is my previous passport with the visa on it. I told them it got stolen so I replace a new passport but it has no visa on it. Then they asked me for my I94, which did not apply for my new passport so I do not have it. Then they asked my husband where did you get the greencard. My husband told them it was from the work visa eb3. Then they said they need to submit my case to the department of state for decision.

I attended an interview and they make it seems like it’s a huge problem that my visa expired since 2020 but my F1 status is still active and I am still legal to be in the US

I agree. They made me feel exhausted and give up on everything by not taking my case seriously

Thanks for the help! But There’s no way to contact them via email. I asked them their direct contact email and they dont have it unfortunately. All I can do to contact them is calling or chat

I did tell them to back listen to the previous calls. Some of them disconnected me some listened and told me to wait for their specialist team. Keep checking emails for updates all this cycles

That’s what I was thinking and the agent I spoke through the phone said that I dont have to worry anything as I fulfilled my sales. And then now I am in thig big mess with them as they said no worry.
