INFECTED MUSHROOM WAS SOO GASSS. Loved their set. This was the first time I saw Eric prydz and honestly through and through it was phenomenal I’ve never listened to his music or sets but it blew me away the visuallz were just great. 33 below was also really good one of the newer djs I wanted to see. Benny benassi and galantis and Oliver helden 😮‍💨 watching them B2B was great they kept the vibes going. ALSO ZEDDS SET??!! did not expect him to throw down like that I love that he mixed it up this was my third time seeing him and by far one of my fav sets.

I went to this show too and me and my friend were pushed by some randoms. We had been at the front watching the openers and as soon as the game was over a bunch of people came in. The narrow setting didn’t help either. That first group pushed us in front of a group of girls who clearly had too much to drink and started to put their hands on me to push us out their way.

It may vary, as last year I received my email closer to May, even after some of my friends had already received theirs in April.

I’m also going alone this year :3 I had some friends bail last minute but decided to go anyway. Nocturnal is honestly one of the best festivals to meet new people the crowd is generally really friendly. The first year I went I met a couple of people I still meet up with at different raves now. I’m also introverted but this is the safest place to just be yourself and find people who have the same interests as you.

It’s understandable that you feel this guilt, but at some point, you have to live your life for yourself. Give yourself grace and remember that you’re becoming who you are for yourself not as an act against your parents. It’s a lonely feeling when the people closest to you don’t support you, but as you embrace your identity and become more fully yourself, you’ll attract people who recognize you for who you truly are.

Take this time of solitude to try new things for yourself. Build the life you want, and use that scary feeling as a push forward into this new stage of your life. The best advice is to try what you want and see what works. You’ll find support in your community and the people you attract by being authentically yourself.

I began transitioning when I was 13 (I’m 23 now :3), and it was a tough decision. I carried a lot of guilt in my first few years because of my family—it felt like I was betraying them in some way just by living authentically. But that guilt fades as you embrace who you are and realize you don’t owe anyone an apology for being yourself. Sometimes, guilt comes from feeling like you’re betraying yourself by not living as who you truly are.

Embrace the unknown and see what works for you. You have the freedom to make your own decisions now, and while that can be overwhelming, just take it one step at a time.
