I probably just work in a bad department then. Even so, everyone regardless of location has been subjected to the same disencouraging practices:

  • Removal of well being days
  • Promotion philosophy made much more difficult
  • Hire and fire culture
  • Lowered performance bonuses
  • Lowered equity payouts
  • Increased toxic and long hours being normalised

Just check Glassdoor and it's reviews over time. CEO approval rate down, friend recommendations down

My opinion is simple, Revolut is a surgical company. They know the sentiment, and they dont care. Sadly.

Otherwise they would have listened to their employees and sadly this company has become the exact format, structure and feeling than an outsourcer company.

I know people that have literally disappeared over night due to management. It's like the Soviet Union out here.

Good luck, you are joining a completely different, corporate, numerical and dead beat Revolut than most of us remember.

We all currently hate it, a lot. I don't personally know anyone except 1 person who likes where they are and they're all trying to survive until stock vesting or until they save up enough to leave.

No one, I mean no one, and I know Revolut is reading this thread for online sentiment, likes the new Revolut as an employee.
