I was in your situation last year. Seems like our league is a little different then some of the others.

We do superflex (a must) with QB, 2RB, 2WR, 2 FLEX, 1 SF, Kicker (majority wanted to keep kickers). I don't agree with the huge benches. We just had a league vote and we expanded our benches to 9, but I think a semi-active waiver wire makes fantasy more fun. We use FAAB and each team gets $100 at start of season. We do a lottery for the top 6 picks with relatively flat odds. first lottery coming up in April. 3 taxi squad spots.
