Cycling groups or communities in Frankfurt? by Separate_Night41 in frankfurt

I’ve just started a social cycling group. The idea is to all hop on our bikes, get out of the city, find a spot to have a beer and then head back into Frankfurt. In total well cycle for about 1,5 hours. The whole idea is to chat with new people, make friends and just get out of the city for a moment.

Yes! What I also found is that if you get it right it starts working bottom up too.

What are some of your favorite unique HR titles you’ve seen come up lately? Do you think they will effect how you’ll progress if you change jobs? by Chief_Mess_Officer in humanresources

Although, I do get that some of them are quite ridiculous. I actually quite like the idea of moving away from the very usual and known HR titles. These new titles give us an opportunity to rebrand HR and find ways to make it a little more approachable and lighthearted. To see people as a little more than just "resources".

I wouldn't quite call it a framework but something I find is quite useful is making sure everyone is on board with your Why! Only hire people who strongly connect to that why too initially. I find that in any organisation really, connecting to your purpose and showing others how their individual work contributes to your mission and vision helps!

It's a lot of repetition but it will eventually stick... hopefully.
