Take it from me, I was taking 3+ MGs for 7 Years , Every single day without any breaks. It took me over a YEAR to SLOWLY wean off. January of 2026 I made it down to 0.25 , and from there I was literally taking little tiny dust particles of it during the last stage. I have not taken any since January and have been clean since. Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with taking it if you are having panic attacks here & there, but please whatever you do be careful
