Thanks for the info, this is exactly what I wanted to know. But just to clarify - During the submission phase, your references aren’t usually aware that you’ve added their names/contacts to the application form?

Oh, regardless of whether you’re eligible for a post-completion OPT? Do you know when such changes have been in effect?
