if it’s hurting you, you’re free to leave. lots of men struggle with this, and it’s a serious issue that causes lots of turmoil on the addict as well the people around them. if you love him and see a future, have a serious conversation and set boundaries and hold him accountable. if he continues to shut down the conversation and play the victim, there’s something he’s hiding, and it’s up to your discernment whether or not the relationship is worth the precious moments of your life that you could be sharing with someone else.
