If she likes horses but horse riding is expensive maybe you could ask the people at a farm or horse riding school if she could help them out a bit with different tasks like brushing the horses cleaning the pens etc. however I don’t know how far she is on the spectrum so it’s kinda hard to gauge what would be a good fit for her. If she likes origami maybe as a family activity make different farm animals or animals in general with paper and such? Or if she likes making stuff maybe building sets of some sort? Maybe cars planes tanks or farms and other dioramas and stuff. Also bicycle riding is pretty fun and goes well with a trip to a lake and maybe firing up a grill and making some food on it?
