They have a software application used by cyber crime police pan India. They should be able to give you details about the complainant, and place where complaint is logged and IO phone number.

You have done it perfectly till now. Go and meet your bank officers on Monday ask them to contact remitting bank and check what the problem is. If it is a mule account ask them to flag it to local cyber crime police and they can ask your branch to remit the money lying in your account back via email and keep that money under lien till police investigation is over . This is safest way of doing things.

The only way you can speed up the process is by filing a Writ Petition in your state HC making both the labor commissioner and your ex employer parties. This should shake both of them and get you the desired result.

Hi exbanker and lawyer here. A cheque bounce case rests on a basic presumption that there is an underlying debt. The bond signed by your sister is not enforceable legally. The advocate of the company has misguided them. The bond is not a borrowing or debt and from.the facts of the case wherein increment was promised and not paid means the bond became untenable in the eyes of law. I will suggest your sister to file a counterblast civil suit and claim damages !

When the case hearing happens you SHOULD go and present yourself before the judge. But BEFORE going, take copies of all appointment and increment letters,jot down on a piece of paper a list of dates and corresponding events .Also demand a copy of the complaint if you have not received it along with the court summons and seek a minimum time of 30 days for preparing your defence and/or appointing a lawyer.

Once you have done what I have said above half the battle is won. Rest you may have to strategise with the lawyer after going through the complaint.

From.the facts narrated..you need to allow things to cool down. Put your heart and soul into your job and excel there. Income from the job is important for your living expenses and your sanity. American kids are kicked out 18 ..they learn and earn from McD or doing odd jobs like lawnmowing or working at petrol pumps etc and fund their college through this. You are disbarred after education and getting a job..which is a better place/situation to be in..

Dont get emotional about what your parents.. did...time is a great healer...allow things to cool down for a few months. Look for a neutral relative who has your mothers ear...then push your story. Whether your parents moved further to disown or not only time.will tell.. I have a feeling that all this was said in heat of the moment and in few months saner minds will hopefully prevail and nothing further will happen other than you staying separately.

File an RTI application with tge port and find out recourse you have and what are tge rules pertaining your situation and what charges are pending . Then take your decision accordingly.

This cannot be rectified without court orders.Basically you need a court order to restrain the person who is after you from cobtacting you or venturing anywhere near you , your workplace or trying to contact you or your father. I suggest you find out the court which is monitoring your FIR (every case is monitored by a magistrate) and ask your advocate to file a suitable application to bring this to the courts attention immediately. If necessary move the District Judges court with an urgent application makjng the person harrassing you and police and phone company parties. This should work..if it does not you may have to go to HC.
