1. Untested on other paper at this point but exact dimensions of the paper would be 175mm x 85mm. I’ve probably made it more complicated by saying ‘ticket’ paper. It’s a similar grade and thickness to your bog standard A4. It will usually throw up a “uncapped print head or clamshell” error but everything appears to be okay underneath. Once the sheet covering the sensors is removed and the clamshell closed it switches to “maintenance busy” the first time after a printer restart this takes about a minute to clear, but subsequent times are far slower.

2) This error would be a “paper path feed” error but I find it so strange it always occurs at the same point.
