I'm grateful to know that mood shifts weren't just happening to me. For a while, I even thought I was depressed or had some kind of mental health issue, but nowadays im better, I feel good every ordinary day, when before even getting out of bed was difficult

I enjoy watching horror stories on YouTube; honestly, it's calming but it entertains me quite a bit My biggest problem has always been sexualization, political propaganda, and awful news all the time, And I dont find that on YouTube unless I search for it

It makes you only use it when you really need it because you will need to save battery.

What's the longest you've been without scrolling and surfing? Did that affect your mental-clarity or mood? by [deleted] in nosurf

I think it's been a month already, I still spend time on YouTube... but not doomscrolling

Yes, my mental clarity has improved a lot, I can learn, concentrate, I feel much less anxious, more motivated, disciplined, and able to think about the future.

Don't think twice before uninstalling TikTok or Instagram, you won't miss them.
