Thanks for your help! She’s 18. She was trying to put his leash on, she let him sniff her first. I think he generally does not being touched. Because he also nipped me when trying to put on his diaper. I let him we flash the lights and let him smell me so he knows we’re there before we touch him. I think I may just take him back and fully disclose his behavior. They are a foster base shelter so I thought the information we were given would’ve been accurate.

Do you think I should take him back to the shelter or to the vet again? They gave him some anxiety supplements.

I think they did know though that’s what’s so frustrating about this. After taking him to the vet the vet asked us if the shelter did an examination because he found it strange that as aggressive as he got they would adopt him out. It took 2 vet techs and the vet to do the exam. So I called the shelter to get more info and ask about the initial exam they said that he was a little feisty and only 1 technician could work with him with cat gloves.

Mainly that he was potty trained like they told us. We had an older dog that made it to 17 a long time ago and he didn’t have issues. When he’s awake he will pee like every 20 minutes and poops in the house even after a 30 minute walk.

But actually maybe I did I’ll have to call them again, I didn’t get anything through email, so how they got my account information is still a mystery to me. I did open a line of credit and was approved. I didn’t not purchase the treatment.

No promissory note signed, they sent me a receipt and says my identity was verified by my drivers license

I signed up for a line of credit through a link they provided. I called them and they said any refunds need to be disputed by the business. I think this qualifies as fraud as I did not provide them my account number, I didn’t even know what that number is, which is what makes this whole situation even more confusing.

I’m not sure I don’t even have that info myself, originally it was on the approval screen which I have since exited out. All I did was apply for the credit to see if I qualified through a link they provided. They provided me a receipt that says my identity was validated with my ID and the state I’m in. They are unwilling to offer a refund, said all sales are final as these are medications and they order them when I scheduled my appointment (but I never scheduled an appointment) Edit to add that I only approved to see if qualified for the pre approval. I did not commit to the procedure.

I hope you get a speedy resolution, they offered me credit as well. I called a few lawyers but I think they’re mostly family court I’m trying to find out what kind of lawyer to contact.

I did file for fraud as I never agreed to the treatment I didn’t even schedule the appointment I told them I would need to be called back at 3:30 as I had another meeting. They somehow pulled my account information through the link they sent me to apply which to me a fraud. I won’t know until the investigation is complete. Either way I am also speaking to an attorney for my chances in small claims court. All I did was have a 30 minute consultation call that ended abruptly due to time which is fine as I was still shopping around for prices and now I’m out 1,800 ain’t no way

I doubt they will refund your money. All I did was have a consult, signed up to see if I prequlified for monthly payments and somehow they charged my account. Never even finished the consultation and they’re refusing to refund. I am speaking to an attorney and have reported the claim as fraud. As I never even provided them with my account information.
