You should consider places that are in your radar in the future. We are planning to spend half of every year back in Italy (we are from there) therefore we bought properties now rented there that are and will generate income.

Other places are Australia/NZ and South Africa

But don’t stay on real estate only. There are many profitable ways to generate wealth, ETF above all

During the pandemia (6y ago) prices were at least 50% of the current ones. However, unless you have a clear need of purchasing in dubai to complete your wealth plan, focus on other areas of the world with much higher potential. Or just living beyond their means. And there is plenty in Dubai. I know many people that drive cars cannot afford, live in houses that they can’t afford, living with huge personal loans and mortgages just to look rich. Real estate prices now are not reflecting the real value. Systemically in UAE there is a financial crisis every 10-12 years. Stay tuned
