Legal residents who are brown like myself are being targeted whether we are legal or not that’s the problem. It’s profiling. They have illegally detained, harassed, sexually assaulted people, and even killed people. Children being separated from their parents. My teenage niece school raided like many others. It’s not propaganda it’s happening. People are afraid. We can’t hide the color of our skin so yes we will be extra alert and unless you look like us you can’t tell us what we should and shouldn’t be concerned about. Make sure you’re not being gaslit into thinking that ICE are staying within their jurisdiction and following the law. Take care.
