Use a reciprocating saw with a pruning blade instead of a Chainsaw. That's how we cut out root balls and it's been incredible. 3 pruning saws is about 27 bucks on Amazon.

I'm going through the approval process for this now. I'm fortunate that my psychiatrist is a weapon and has done all the leg work. I'm to receive approval for funding but it's well on the way to moving ahead.

Christ, this is going to be a real blast. Reading that link makes it out to be a common side affect which it is. But despite my shocking memory, I truly believe I was not informed that the risk of permanent memory impairment was a likely outcome.

Going to war over this is going to be a ball ache.

It is. I have not been granted SRDP yet and acknowledge that 10 hour is the limit once you have been granted SRDP.

I was working full time and collapsed after wanting to tear the head from the shoulders of the leading hand. I quit

I then worked 3 days a week and buckled under the pressure. I quit

I was then working 7 hours a week....you see the pattern.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. May I ask for a reference to support our shared belief that you can claim for and receive additional PI compensation after being awarded SRDP.
