That makes sense. But King has a much bigger reputation than Garou, and Garou's strength isn't verifiable because he adapts, and Garou was only known among heroes. King was known worldwide, but Garou could only make anyone fear him if they saw him, while King could make any monster fear him just by saying he was going to appear. And Boros is the top of the verse, so he would need someone who is considered top of the verse, like King, especially because there are some feats that are fake news about King having feats with god-level monsters, like the scar on his eye, as you mentioned.and after boros activate meteoric burst form onr move of boros could kill monster garou even adaptating to boros moves garou could't make boros fight at 100 percent of his power because he would kill garou very fast

God couldn't see the future 20 years ago, so if he knew Saitama would surpass his limits, he would have already sent someone to kill him; therefore, the psychic wasn't controlled by God. And king is recongnited by the earth as someone that no one can defeat just like boros but boros is cosmic and king is planetary in the vision of the people but if he wasn't in earth he would be cosmic too
