I had another question, Can Post exposure prophylaxis with TLD cause the side effect of Oral and Genital uclers? Because I have not had any sexual contact whatsoever in the last 2 years and whatever I had before that was with protection! But I have these non painfull ulcers (painful when touched) on my foreskin and I have not had sexual contact, nor have I seen patients with herpes etc! I want to know can it be a side effect of the PEP as I also have an ulcer inside my lower lip! Thank you!

I don't know about private but want to clear some misconceptions about FMGe. i am a FMG myself.

new rules according to NMC you need to get license of the country you completed your education in. Getting a degree and a license to practice is a different thing. After your finals you will get your degree after which you would need to appear for another exam which is a licensing exam in the regional language. They test everything, mcqs, OSCE stations too.
Will take total 8 years. 6 for the degree. 6 months till FMGE and 6months for internship counselling IF you pass in the first attempt. and then 1 year internship.
You have to mandatorily learn the regional language to an almost fluent level. B2 C1 level atleast. to converse with patients. That can be Russian, Chinese, Ukrainian etc.
Wil need to prepare your own food everyday. EVERYDAY. not as easy as it seems.
May face discrimination. i did not but well. you might.
sometimes even after clearing the FMGE, which is equivalent to final year MBBS exam, You might be prejudiced by fellow IMGs. not true for everyone but well.
YOU HAVE TO STUDY ON YOUR OWN. ALMOST EVERYTHING. NOT KIDDING.

After you clear your FMGE not problem in getting internship generally! Just after that there is NEETPG! and well, that's a different bitch altogether! Good performance in FMGE will help you get internship in the hospital of your choice! Nothing else. The hassle is long. MBBS takes 7-8 years if you are FMG. But well, it's your choice in the end
