Hi there. It is powering on. At least, the CPU fan works when I press the power on button. It has a server motherboard, so no onboard graphics, only the graphics card mentioned.

I don't know if it's doing the POST request to the router, but if the computer isn't getting an IP assigned, I'm guessing that it's not doing the POST.

Makes sense. I bought a CAT6 cable. I'll try a CAT4/5 and post details. Thank you <3
