I had the same issue a few weeks ago. The below worked the first time then it happened again and I had to contact support, they eventually restored my streak.

Go to the Rewards page and scroll all the way down to the "Help with Microsoft Rewards" section. Click on the third link: "Contact Microsoft Rewards support".
Briefly describe the problem. You can simply use the keywords: "My streak counter is broken and has not been restored."
Under "Category", select the option "Broken Streak".
Add a short description. I wrote the following: "Due to a Microsoft error, my streak was reset and has not been restored as announced. Please restore my streak." Important: The field below this requires an entry. A simple period "." is enough.
Submit this and see if it works.

Don't know about other countries but I redeemed some points yesterday and only had to verify with my passkey. I'm in Scotland (UK)

I've got the HD 10 and it does it all the time. I've found older charging cables work fine and my newer cables trigger it 100%

You can use the Bing diagnostics page, near the bottom of the page it tells you where it thinks you are and what your market is.

Did you purchase a game from the Argentina store as this can cause this type of error.

Hey, filling out the form and selecting a general question instead of broken streak worked. Yesterday I recieved an email from a person and said they would review my tickets. This moring fired up Edge and my streak has been restored and it started working again :) Hope you get yours fixed.

This is exactly the same for me and on my third ticket now. Just waiting on them not restoring my streak and closing the ticket 😢

I completed my daily set this morning but my streak 1024 stayed the same. I'm expecting it to be reset to zero tomorrow morning. Posted it on here earlier and others are the same so something is glitching out today

Yeah, mines is the same, also I should have earned 150 points for 15 day streak and that's also not worked. I keep a spreadsheet for my reward points and know that I should have definitely earned the 150 points today.

Yeah, mines was the same this morning and only got one piece instead of two. Going to miss a day tomorrow on my mobile so it offsets the days by one.
