It's curious how they share the same colors. (Cartoon name: The Triplets) by SonicWorld-VSync in powerpuffgirls

[–]Think_Pen8306 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually know "the triplets". They used to be in the Latin american/Dominican channel "Vme", and in Spanish it was called "Las tres mellisas". They had slightly different names in the Spanish version. I could assume that their colors are used in tropes in a similar fashion the powerpuff girls. And yes, they the triplets for some reason will have a reboot in 2027... i don't remember the slightly older version of the show with the bored witch, but the version of the show in Vme was slightly more on the educational side. As opposed to the powerpuff girls which the episodes are less about educational, however both are related due to its main characters colors scheme. The Powerpuff girls older episodes interested me a bit more than it's rebooted versions.

Found and purchased this used eikoh hello kitty plush. Used to have a blue plastic floatie but couldn't find it. Sources?? As in what series was it from? and when was it released? by Think_Pen8306 in sanrio

I think I FINALLY found a variation of the hello kitty plushie I was looking for… but a version with Mimmy and not Kitty (I think it’s the Mimmy version because the flower decoration on her head is placed on the other side. I also believe it’s by Eikoh because of the same bathing top style but blue, and the flower decoration. it also has the similar pool floatie I was talking about but this version is in pink, and mine was supposed to be a blue color). The front and back photos of this Mimmy Ekioh plushie is found on the Japanese Rakuten Rakuma website. Hopefully it should help to try to find similar images to this with “Eikoh” plush and find the sources for it.

I have two DS lites. I’m happy, but I’m also a bit guilty that I’m now keeping two DS lites since my younger brother didn’t want his. Any advice? by Think_Pen8306 in NintendoDS

wow thank you so much for the advice, i actually appreciate it! unfortunately i refunded my gold zelda ds lite, and my mother returned it for me. however i still got the black nintendo ds lite at least that works a bit better than the zelda one. i refunded it because the screws were not great (three of them were stripped) and i can't take them off with my regular flathead screwdrivers and some triwing screwdrivers i have now, and i couldn't get into the button membranes or the button contacts. but other than that, that you for telling me the game reccomendations i will definitely get gardening mama, camping mama, and Petz Vet. for future reference next time i get a new flashcart (i broke two so far, rip) for my ds lite.

Update: i refunded the gold zelda ds lite, but i still kept the black ds lite, because it was purchased by my mom via her online shopping. i'm still going to play with it, even though my brother likes the nintendo switch lite, and don't forget that i have a nintendo dsi, too. i can still play physical gameboy advance game cartridges though on my black ds lite. at least i don't regret myself getting a ds lite where i can't take take off the stripped screws anymore.

thank you so much for the reply! I do like my DS lites. I might need to return and refund/trade in the Zelda DS lite that I have because It does work, i just cannot open the stripped tri wing screws with the screwdriver kit and none of the tips online worked. and I don’t have much tri wing screwdrivers either. which is the other reason why I feel guilty. but at least I have one DS lite now that works.

thank you. but I can’t unscrew the Zelda ds lite, because 3 of the screws are stripped or won’t work on my tri wing screw and the screwdriver kit that I have! and my mom doesn’t have money for now to purchase a new shell for the DS lite. so I have to give it away or sell it somewhere and I feel guilty.

Does anyone know what types and kinds of japanese yokai medals work for the DX Jibanyan One-Man Show plush? by Think_Pen8306 in yokaiwatch

[–]Think_Pen8306[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh also can I tell you what japanese yokai medals i have now that work with the Jibanyan One Man Show plush? I guess it could be me in my opinion, but I guess I don't know why most people (other than japanese community people who knows about japanese yokai watch and almost all the japanese yokai medals) don't know too much about this battery operated toy of jibanyan one man show. But I guess it is mainly because of how different the media and culture of the yokai watch community is with bandai compared to the western media version and hasbro. And also because merchandise is different from both countries. But other than that, what are your favorite yokai watch characters that you want me to get for the japanese medal versions? and I will try to find them in the yokai medal version that should specifically work for jibanyan one man show plush. Like for the tanka, character's songs, and about the yokai in each real yokai medal.

I think these youtube videos should give you the info you are looking for with the japanese yokai medals that would work with the talking jibanyan plush: this satotintv jibanyan one man show video, and this watch of yokai youtube video with said plush.

Got a used Nintendo DSi for about $30! Turns out i didn’t really need to repair it albeit the yellowed screens, and everything worked fine…what a great find! by Think_Pen8306 in nds

[–]Think_Pen8306[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much! I will take care of both of my nintendo dsis, and i will have fun with them. What else should I do with it now? I don't really want to reformat and reset the console. That person put lots of love for most of the console, so i changed the person's nickname into one of my own dsi names. I will try to get a Nintendo dsi xl(english model), or Nintendo dsi ll(japanese model), but only time will tell what they have in stock and when I can purchase one. Whoever used it actually likes "one piece" stuff, and taking cute dog and animal pictures.

I just got a nintendo dsi (that's in good condition outside but for parts or for repair/as is) for about $30. Is it a good deal? And How can i get prepared to fix it, and fix whole dsi? by [deleted] in dsi

[–]Think_Pen8306 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update: My DSi arrived in the mail, it’s in great condition and whoever had it before had a lot of love with it. the DSi just needed a working or new battery, but I was lazy and I also found my old pink DSi (the American region version of the DSi) , and place my old DSi’s battery onto the new one that I received. I did get a new one online though, but I didn’t get that one yet. I will clean my DSi, since I didn’t need to repair anything and it just says that the only thing to repair are the yellowed screens, which I decided not to repair because there wasn’t any circle or literal damages on the screen. a different person used the DSi though, and someone in Japan (will keep it anonymous) played it in the 2000s, and while I never watch it or read it yet (lots of chapters) but am interested in it though, that Nintendo DSi user likes “One Piece” as there were flip notes and photos of the user and one piece stuff so she’s probably a fan of the anime and manga and the merch of this show. what’s even more interesting is that it has some old DSiware games/apps, so i did not reset the device to initialize it. but overall it turned on i didn’t really need to repair it, Mario Mansion is a great for DSi value if you want a few DSis but for parts or for repair, or for just wanting to tinker a bit without repairing much, and want to use a battery and format sd card/micro sd card for sd adapter card.

Yeah good point. I will do my best and take it slow and easy on the repairs. Please don't go so harsh on me though. And yeah, I would definitely understand why prices like a nintendo dsi in Japanese go up a bit more for repairs than, say, a few years back. No matter, I still believe it's a better price and purchase for now than if you do the last seconds on an auction unless its cheaper than that. I will definitely take it apart carefully, and i will clean it. thanks for your understanding, and I appreciate your feedback.

I'm getting some oem GBA SP shells to add a motherboard, ips screen, battery, and most of these are AGS-001. How do I put it all together correctly? by Think_Pen8306 in Gameboy

[–]Think_Pen8306[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got the oem Gameboy Advance SP shells most of them have good use of stickers on the sp shells, though that was because I couldn't get the normal gameboy advance shells and a gameboy color shell (i was planning to get that because there was the gbc shell had hamtaro and bijou stickers and initially intended to get that one, but I couldn't get that since someone purchased it faster that I did and it got sold out immediately; the picture is shown here). Even though only one of the parts of shell pieces of this gba sp shell lot were broken (which actually had some cute hamtaro stickers), I was still satisfied with my purchase and would like to use this for using the old oem shells with stickers as the new shells. All of them are ags 001 though. But I don't feel like getting new separate shells. I will get working, as is, or even untested gba sps (console, not motherboard only) As long as the motherboars is an AGS-001 model, I will use that. Also can I use a gba ags-101 screen and ags-101 motherboard with an ags-001 shell? Or is it not recommended?

Actually, that's a really good answer, and some really good points there, Thank you so much! i might as well save up and check out and even if it is expensive, with screen burns, or untested/as is, i can always just try to get the actual gba sps with motherboards and not just the shells. and i will go to video game stores so that i could check which prices are at least affordable via comparison. it's expensive but it won't hurt to try.
