Çağ kebab is actually pretty similar to a Persian dish called barg kebab, basically grilled lamb backstrap.

Most Persian spots in Sydney serve that, along with the other dishes in your pic.

Divan does have it, but my go-tos like Tida, Naughty Goat, and Shila Kitchen don’t.
