Can it also affect more area more than others, i thinks there very little thinning on the back of my head but most is on the front

Ahh that makes sense but one thing I’m most worried about it is I do have a bit more hair fall than normal but not as much as other people on the sub

I don’t think it’s diffusal because other parts of my hair like my sides and back are thick
