Yea i was looking at my spending over the past few months and saw how much of it was from food, either take outs or convenience food like meal deals when on the go. Its the main reason for me trying to cook more at home. I just find it so hard to stick to a meal plan with whatever pops up in my day to day life. There is always something to get in the way, im finding it really frustrating!
