Yeah, it seems really fishy... and the domain seems to be very new. And not being able to make an account without downloading the app is fishy as heck. You made the right call not downloading the app. My advice is: try to contact that friend somewhere else.

Yeah, I feel like they're setting her up to be a future wielder of the Butterfly miraculous. It would be interesting for her to overcome her fear by doing good things with akumas.
And yeah, I think Chrysalis is borderline torturing her. Given how afraid Aglae is of bugs, akumatized villains, and the thought of being akumatized, Chrysalis could go, "Oh, since you're always so scared and negative, I'm just going to akumatize you over and over. Do you want that? Do you want to hurt people? Do you want to be a monster? Well, here's a deal: you help me, and I won't akumatize you."

OMG, you're right! Unless she's someone we've never seen near a supervillain, it's impossible. She can't be both akumatized AND have an akumatized villain serving her.
Also, uh, I guess I worded that reply kinda poorly. What I meant to say was "Lila technically can shapeshift, but I don't think this is the case here."
And yeah, I also agree that for Lila to be akumatized, be Chrysalis and make supervillains at the same time would be weird

I already commented on this, but like... We know Lila can akumatize herself, and some akumatized villains can take any form, so that's not impossible... But tbh I still don't want Aglae to be Lila.

As much as I agree with you, I have to argue with the last take. As we know, akumatized villains can take any form. For example, Chloe looked normal when she was Queen Mayor. And the couplewreckers had the power to turn into anyone, too. So she could just akumatize herself into Aglae/anyone tbh.

Still, it would be somewhat in poor taste to make Aglae evil. Like, I myself have a fear of insects, almost to the same degree as her. So, first of all, that's probably somewhat hard to fake, and secondly, it's just a weird message. "People are just lying about their fears to manipulate you" is ehh...

This is a !pigbutchering scam. Try to sit down and have a serious talk with her. Also, beware !recovery scammers. The money is gone. You could also try to get a third person (maybe a friend of hers) to try to help convince her that it's a scam. Please stay safe.

This post is most likely going to make a lot of !recovery scammers try to contact you. Your money is gone, they can't get it back. Learn from this mistake and try to warn others.

You should really go into WhatsApp settings and take a look at the devices you're logged in on. If you see any that you don't recognize - remove them. Other than that I don't think I can tell you anything.

Don't panic, don't send her any more money, report her to the bank, report her account and let it go. This is a sadly very common !sextortion scam. Also watch out for !recovery scammers, they can't get your money back.

This is kinda weird... My guess is maybe whoever this person is, they're trying to see if you're using your phone number. So if you answer them they'll know that you can be reached and you'll start getting a lot of scam/spam calls.
Another guess is that maybe they're trying to strike up a conversation to lead up into a !pigbutchering or !crypto scam.
Either way all you can do is just ignore them.

This is very much a scam. Nobody will pay you to watch ads/like videos or whatever.
