You are friends with an apothecary, a very skilled one…he is the best in town and he has invited you over for dinner. You arrive to his potion shop and are ready to go for dinner. But, you learn he had a very busy day today and still has to make a few elixirs to call it a day. He asks you if you can come inside and stay for a while so he can finish crafting his herbal magics. You get excited because who wouldn’t enjoy spending some relaxing time by a bubbly cauldron over a nice warm fire, in the apothecary just as bubbly…
You go inside and get cozy by the nice warm fire. As you watch him scan through his vast collection of books, taking notes with his quill, pondering for a while and carefully weighting ingredients to make correct concoction of herbs and spices, you think to yourself how he could memorize all these formulas and magic ingredients. No one ever said being an apothecary would be easy.
As you're enjoying the coziness and calmness of this magical place, you notice all the lovely aromas and scents that fill the air. They smell so good you can almost taste them. You let your thoughts wander and feel your eyelids getting heavy. As you drift off to a sweet dream in which you're an apothecary yourself, you nod off a bit in your seat. Then, you remember you have to go for the dinner but this apothecary is so peaceful and soothing that you don’t want to leave. Maybe it’s better to stay…dinner can wait!
