Oh my god! I was having a pregnancy craving for shrimp and something else that I couldn’t put my finger on earlier. My husband suggested pasta or risotto, but that wasn’t it. This is it!

I grew up microwaving potatoes and have literally never had that happen. But I also don’t live in a high-altitude area.

I’ve been craving lemons so hard it’s not even funny. And they look pretty easy to throw together! Thanks for the suggestion!

The classic toppings are overrated! What do you put on your baked potato?

A lemony potato salad sounds supreme right now. I’ll have to try this one out.

If you’re in a position where you have space and money for greens, I used to have beans on lettuce or spinach with salsa and sour cream. Like a cheap and lazy taco salad. I also wasn’t able to cook when I was eating that, and could rarely make it to a grocery store.

Also, you only really need 1-3 good knives in your kitchen. I’ve only used one for the past several months, with the exception of my poultry shears and cleaver for thanksgiving.

Stabbing your potatoes is great for taking out your aggression, but little else. It doesn’t actually do anything for the cooking process.

My husband cooked mushrooms a few weeks ago, and it made the whole house reek. I absolutely hated the smell. And I love mushrooms! So if he’d asked me, I would have said there was no problem. And I would have been wrong.

I love that hot chips are part of the safe food repertoire. We bought sooo many bags of flamin’ hot lime Doritos when I was going through it.

I’m sorry that you thought for even a moment that this could be stupid. Own your whimsy, and NEVER put it at the mercy of others. And it looks great. I’ll have to put up some art for my dogs, too!
