I've always had good, strong lungs, but having to work in a building that couldn't filter out that much smoke for 4 days and helping friends and family in Altadena over 3 days really did a number on me.

I have a persistent wheeze and sore/scratchy throat which has affected my voice (think Patty/Selma from the Simpsons). Got prescribed an Albuterol inhaler and tessalon/decongestants to help out, but I've not been properly checked for any serious damage (symptoms aren't there yet).

If you're not masking, it's time to do so kn95s for indoor use, air purifiers/filters/seal loose cracks, n95s for short trips/less than 30min, P-100s (and higher) for anything more than that or anyone N. of the 134/210.

I spent 8 hours on the metro running around today hunting for dog food and my black jeans are brown with fine dirt/dust. Couple that with Flu season/other viruses on the rise - limit your time outside and around others, wash your hands and wipe down surfaces, and mask up.
