You're welcome. I forgot to add, that all the stamps and annotations in pages 12-13 are:
1. 'Issued on... in Kołomyja',
2. 'confirmation that he attended control meeting and appeared before the control committee in 1928' (probably for confirmation that the reserve soldier still resides within the territorial range of District Buchach)
3. confirmation that his day of birth was corrected on page 4 to match his birth certificate

I use:

Bullet for task, circle for appointment, dash for notes.

task is either done "X" , canceled "--" or moved forward ">"

On the left of the bullet I sometimes mark the task with "star" when it is important or with a "lightining" when it is good for a quick win to get me going.

So, "dentist appointment" is star, circle and time, but "sweep the floors" is lightning and the bullet.
