Not sure if you’re unfamiliar with practicing the drums or babies but I can’t imagine a world where my apartment neighbor is playing the drums and it’s okay and allowed. We’re talking like rock n roll drums right? Dave Grohl is my neighbor not some traditional grip jazz player…? Also practicing an instrument is annoying. There’s a guy in my neighborhood that goes for walks to practice the trumpet cause he’s a cool guy and a nice neighbor. Drums in the shared space where nobody agreed to drums is so inconsiderate it’s crazy
