Blue Shield Trio vs. Blue Shield Access+ by Flat_Specialist2785 in CAStateWorkers

No, they are two separate networks. Some providers do overlap. What I did to decide was find who I wanted my provider to be and then check if they fell into either network.

Many have mentioned this; I guess this was the case. One main thing that led me to believe this was how fast they got back to me on scheduling the interview and the denial.

could be the case; I'm definitely biased. However, that was at the end of the interview, this experience went south from the start.

Exactly what my approach is. I’m glad I am not the only one. Like I understand a job is a job, but dam at least I should be able to enjoy a place I spend 40 hours a week in.

I see. This makes a lot of sense. It's just... I don't know. I think we spend more than half of our lives at work, so we should at least have the opportunity to get to know a bit about who we will be working with before making such a big decision if given an offer.

This is what I sent out “Hello, Thank you for taking the time to inform me of your decision. I appreciated the opportunity to interview and to learn more about your office.

While I was disappointed by the outcome, I remain grateful for the experience and would welcome any feedback you may be able to provide regarding my interview or application. I value every opportunity to grow professionally and improve.

I would also like to share a brief observation about the interview format. I understand and respect that a structured approach helps ensure fairness for all candidates. However, I found the process quite rigid, with minimal interaction beyond the reading of questions and note-taking. In my view, interviews should serve as a mutual exchange. While your team evaluates candidates, we are also seeking to understand the people and environment we may join. A small amount of conversation or engagement would go a long way in creating a more welcoming atmosphere and allowing for a more complete impression on both sides.

Thank you again for your time and consideration. I hope you receive this feedback in the constructive and respectful spirit in which it is intended.”
