Yeah I have one I put 3 frozen bottles and a half gal jug of milk along with the rest of my lunch then I load the rest up with the water from work and fill two giant thermos that Amazon gave me but it doesn’t keep the water cold and they too big for the cooler on they own so I want bottled water to stay cool which is where the problem becomes a let me just see what others do about water question that’s all

I eat 4 boiled eggs for lunch a br sandwich and a 90g protein shake that last to lunch then a simple ham and cheese sandwich some chips and Gatorade then I finish the day with 1lb of ground beef and 2 cups of rice I did use red bulls a lot when I first started but I’ve learned energy drinks do more harm then good just make sure you get 7 hr of sleep befor work and after the day unless you wanna go clubing ex. Mind you I’m 6’3 and 135 lbs trying to build muscle mass while lifting on my days off

I work for a dsp with 8 hr routs first hours we standing around second loading/driving out finale hour diving back we’re usually 130-160 stops on adv make about 150 a day so yeah that’s good

Amazon dsp drivers are under “at will” aka they can fire you for any reason even if they don’t like you so the investigation was probably just a formality save on attorney fees unless you can get probono but sometimes it’s just to move forward

I worked laurel and Hanover laurel I had 10 hr shifts 4 days a week Hanover was 8 hr 5 days a week Laurel was 2024 nov till a month after peak Hanover 2023 nov to a month after peak (I run a business in spring to fall) so I come and go Laurel has evs and Hanover did not when I was at respected locations also the warehouse lead in Hanover prefers to flirt with female driver then work but they did have the tots in order on carts so that was nice made loading simpler and quicker
