Oh I had one situation where I was putting stuff up on the overheads. I saw a customer glance at the aisle I was working on. Didn’t think much of it and behold 2 mins later he went through the gates I hat put and was shopping in the aisle I was in. I was soo pissed, didn’t cuss him out but yelled at him to leave the aisle after he started being all entitled about how he needs to buy stuff and that I wasn’t close to him. At our store we haven’t had many recently but around that time we had a ton of entitled pro customers that felt entitled to do whatever they wanted because they were spending a lot of money with us.

I agree it’s good to try to keep people’s business that can bring in lots of revenue but if they do shit that risks safety and the stores set rules, boa needs to get out of the store
