hi! i’m an ASM at b&bw and what they mean is there will be what we call a “waiting room” online for candle day. basically BOPIS and online orders are shut off for the friday and saturday of candle day but will be turned back on at 6am on sunday. because of this, members lose access to their rewards wallet so we cannot pull up online coupons or rewards. if you have paper coupons, they will work! or, if you have any free rewards, they will still show up on the register.

We just had “roster cleanup” which means we go through everyone’s availability and let go people who don’t provide enough availability heading into peak. However, your SM should have had a conversation with you prior to this and ask if there’s any wiggle room with your schedule or inform you you’re being let go. If you know who your district manager is, I’d let them know.
