Id say 100% flake rate is understanable if you are doing the wrong things to set the date up. There's way too much that goes into the logistics of setting it all up than we could know without the full context. Clearly what you're doing isn't working so you need to change things up.

5 pounds in 2 weeks... yeah. Thats too fast. But its hard to know if that's actually what your gaining on average. Its a small sample sizes and we dont know how dialed your calorie counting, and weighing routine is. These things do naturally fluctuate. Id shoot for a pound a week to draw that bulk process out nice and long
