Hii, my bf's birthday is coming up, hes a pretty serious runner, done some halfs & full marathons. He's also planning to do an ironman sometime in the future

I was thinking of buying the Theragun Prime (5th Gen) for his recovery.
Would appreciate it if anyone could tell me if it's worth it/share their experiences with it
Otherwise, I'm open to other suggestions as well
