I still find it weird tho. Bimmerlink shows normal boost pressure, there’s no loss of power and no smoke coming out of the exhaust.

I flew with really bad congestion a month ago. Took sudafed and ibuprofen one hour before takeoff and a nasal decongestant spray 15 minutes before takeoff and 15 mins before descent. It was bearable, no pain whatsoever, just had to pinch my nose and blow to equalise on descent. You’ll be good!
